Happy Easter!

Hope you are all having a lovely break over easter. I know I am but I am still working, but doing things that I need to do for SIA which is coming up in a couple of weeks. Right now I have this urge to eat hot cross buns. Made from scratch after a good frend of mine Jenny Jones gave me her bread maker after aquiring a newer one herself. So... here are some of the light and fluffy hot cross buns just taken from the oven. All these buns cost approx $2 to make. All I do is put water flour (Mix is from Greenwood, All about Bread) and some yeast, sultanas, turn the bread maker on to dough. When its done it's thing, take it out separate into 12 balls wait for it to rise, pipe on the white crosses and pop in the oven for 25 mins. Hot buttery buns!! Well I likem' with out butter tho! See ya, my cup of tea is ready!
