So far I have used it to wrap around the neck of a little bottle, added some to flowers that have been worked around a satay stick to resemble passion fruit fronds (now that I don't have vine out the back anymore). I like the way you can make it 'match' in with other elements e.g flowers.
Here it is wrapped around a satay stick. If you make the 'string' a little finer you will make a more delicate frond.
Take it off the stick gently and it will look like this. If you need it to be more stiff, add a dab of white glue to it whilst it's on the stick and it will hold it's shape better.
Now to make simple flowers cut a strip about 6-8cm and then fold it back and forth, like a concertina fold, about 15 times. Using Timmy holtz's tiny attatcher or really small stapler staple in about 2cm, fold the flower in half and trim off the excess. Open out the fan and ad a dab of glue on each of the open ends, and 'volia' you have a little flower. You can make a longer strip so you don't have to fold so many times and then cut off the length you need to make assorted sized flowers. Perhaps you can have a go add adding some little fronds to the flowers, like I have described above.
