More Photos of Bali

I've got some more photos to share with you from my trip to Bali last month. My good friend Suze and Lenny went with  and I to the Patra Bali in Tuban for 5 days. It was their first trip to Bali and I don't think it will be their last. One morning we went to the beach front and bought these crocheted hats from the girls on the beach.
Suze and Lenny couldn't wait to get their hands on the 'ol coconut cocktail the first day we arrived. Inside the nut you get this clear drink - young coconut juice and also Suze scraped out some of the coconut away from the sides and ate it! Too cute!!!!
Last time I was in Ubud at Murnies restaurant I took a photo of this pot with floating flowers, and it didn't turn out very will. Guess what - this one did so here it is, I think it is so pretty.
A visit to the art markets in Ubud and I found a cute skirt, and some lovely silver jewellery. It's a really colourful place and also they sell fruit and I managed to get some of my favs, Mangosteens..... look like white mandarin segments but taste so sweet, like honey....and you should take the tiny monkey bananas - well I ate bunches of them.
Earlier that day on a trip to Ubud we went to Murnies and Agung who I have known for years and years drove us and we had a fantastic lunch.... The trip was so great to share it with friends and I don't think it was long enough so we are planning to go again next year.
On another note....................
While Suze was in Perth she picked up some of the 3D houses and owls in kit form to put on her website to sell and also did a little photo shoot of them. So if you are in the US and would like some of the houses or little owls, you can get them in a kit for a limited time only.
Tarisota also put up a really, really lovely display of the houses and other beautiful things in her gallery, so take a peek....and get totally inspired.
